We know Jess from our purchase of the home we hired him to sell! We bought the house about 20 years ago with Jess and when we began to seriously consider moving I could think of no one better than Jess to help us out. Luckily for us that worked out. I guess I’ll just say this: Jess is exemplary at his job. That’s it in a nutshell.

But I’m sure you’d like some details: Jess listens and considers thoughts and concerns of the client and responds with acumen at all times. You feel important - you feel as though your house and transaction are the only one he is working on - he gives you such a feeling of full attention. He kept us apprised of any needs well ahead of time - explained emails coming from escrow - really kept us in the loop and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. His recommendations to get our house ‘ready’ were also great. A very detailed inspection and review of the house uncovered some things that he felt would help us with the sale - he has that critical eye needed by an agent to get the best outcome for their client.

His approach and strategy to price the house was spot-on, although I’ll admit I wasn’t sure at the time! The level of investigation, review, attention to details, and communication were all really top-notch and it ended so very well for us. We could not have asked for a smoother, easier, positive experience than this one. Jess is a star and, as I know he was working with Audra teaching her the ropes, I’m sure he’s an excellent mentor/teacher as well.

It’s a huge, huge step in someone’s life to purchase or sell real estate and it’s important to have someone you trust helping you out - Jess is that agent.

I have only great things to say about Jess Beyers. Jess was recommended to me from another satisfied customer back in 2005. I have been through two purchases/sales with Jess and never considered another realtor.

Jess offered great advice on all transactions while considering my likes and dislikes. In my last sale he provided excellent assistance in the preparation and sale process. Appreciated his handling of so many stressful coordination processes and issues. Jess is a very professional and honest person as well as pleasant and fun to be around.

I plan to rent for about a year while planning retirement and plan to contact Jess for a new purchase when ready. I have also recommended Jess to others in the past 16 years of knowing him.

I think the service Jess provides is excellent. What I really like is that he tries to get the right deal in place for you, and not just a quick sale for him. Also, he knows the process inside out and has a great range of contacts that are super helpful in getting information throughout the process, or referring people for things like staging, etc.
in between the time I originally bought the property and when I sold it (both times via Jess), he was always willing and able to meet to discuss the current state of the market, when would be a good time to sell, help with refinancing options, etc.

Jess was a pleasure to work with and we truly will never call anyone else for our real estate needs in the future. He was always available, totally knowledgeable, and committed to us in the process. Jess was quick to really understand what we were looking for and never attempted to lead us into anything other than the vision we shared with him. He was there and supportive with advice the whole time - from our personal financing, to negotiating the deal, and was even completely available for advice on handling our rental - but he always careful to let us make the choices and go in the direction we chose. On a personal note, Jess is just a great person to go through such a big process with. He's easy to talk to, has a positive personality, and a sincere interest in his clients. I'd recommend him to anyone.

We really enjoyed our home buying experience with Jess. He was recommended to us by friends who had worked with him twice so we felt pretty confident in going with him. That confidence was again realized after our first meeting with him. He was attentive and seemed to not only care about what we were looking for but also educated us on the market, resale potential, and long term goals. It was after that meeting that we changed our initial direction and couldn't be happier. We went from thinking we wanted to start with an investment condo to purchasing a beautiful 4 bedroom home in a very neighborly and family friendly area that we can grow into for years to come.

It was just two months after our wedding that we met Jess, and after the whirlwind that comes with all of that planning it was wonderful to have someone on our side that was consistent, thorough, educated, and well versed in this process. We were out bid on our first house and felt devastated. Jess reminded us that this happens and even sent a personal card for us to keep our heads up. It's those little attentions to detail that are much noticed and appreciated. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise because after taking a week off to regroup we were able to find our perfect home.

Since living here, we've been able to meet a neighbor on our daily dog walks that also worked with Jess in buying their home as well. They mentioned they've worked with him more than once too! He's definitely someone that we'd work with again and also someone we'd recommend to any of our friends and family. He's professional, attentive, is able to educate, listens, and was able to keep us calm and focused when those stressful times (and there will be stressful times in buying a home) start to surface. He wasn't just our realtor, he seemed like a caring friend.
