Our commitment to service and advocacy stays unchanged throughout, but we do offer 3 options for you to choose from based on your specific needs.

The Advocate (3%)

  • Open House Services
  • Print marketing (brochures, postcards)
  • Social media marketing (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Buyer Broker info package and offer guidelines
  • Showing access for unrepresented buyers
  • Weekly showing & feedback updates
  • Weekly comps report updates


  • Offer negotiations & preparation of legal documents
  • Open Escrow
  • Earnest Money Deposit
  • Inspection negotiations
  • Inspection repair vendor procurement and coordination (if applicable)
  • Contract-to-close transaction management to assure a smooth and timely closing

The Sweet Spot (3.5%)-Advocate Package plus:

  • Broker paid pre listing inspection

  • 30 days staging (also includes set up and removal)


The Concierge (4.0%)-Advocate Package plus:

  • Pre list project management including supply sourcing and vendor coordination
  • Broker paid pre listing inspection
  • Broker paid sewer scope (if applicable)
  • Broker paid staging-all inclusive
  • Broker paid move-out cleaning
  • Listing Ready Program-We pay for pre-listing repairs or projects and get reimbursed at closing. No charge to you.
